Credit Card Charges
You will not be charged at the time of making reservation. But we
will debit full amount to your credit card once; We have confirmed
your booking (Printable - Hotel - Voucher will be attached to the
confirmation email).
Note : Please note that we reserve the right to change
without prior notice according to hotel's condition.
Confirmation

We will send you a printable hotel voucher upon payment via
e-mail or fax. This voucher can then be presented upon check-in
at the hotel.

Please do not pay room charges at the hotel again. Only
other expenses such as minibar, telephone charges, laundry, etc
will be settled directly at the hotel.
Cancellation Fee
Notification of cancellations/amendments can
be accepted via system, e-mail or fax only.

The following scale of charge will be applied depending on the
time when the notification of cancellation is received.
For Peak Season: If you cancel your reservation

More than 30 days preceeding your check-in date: you will be
charged by 15 USD. (Transaction fees + Service charge fees)

Less than 30 days preceeding your check-in date: you will be
charged by the amount which equals to 1 night fees referring to
the rate of the hotel you have booked

ANY CANCELLATION 1-14 DAY BEFORE CHECK IN DATE, WHOLE PERIOD
WILL BE CHARGED.
For High Season: If you cancel your reservation

More than 15 days preceeding your check-in date: you will be
charged by 15 USD. (Transaction fees + Service charge fees)

Less than 15 days preceeding your check-in date: you will be
charged by the amount which equals to 1 night fees referring to
the rate of the hotel you have booked.

ANY CANCELLATION 1-7 DAY BEFORE CHECK IN DATE, WHOLE PERIOD
WILL BE CHARGED.
For Low Season: If you cancel your reservation

More than 8 days preceeding your check-in date: you will be
charged by 15 USD. (Transaction fees + Service charge fees)

Less than 8 days preceeding your check-in date: you will be
charged by the amount which equals to 1 night fees referring to
the rate of the hotel you have booked.

ANY CANCELLATION 1-5 DAY BEFORE CHECK IN DATE, WHOLE PERIOD
WILL BE CHARGED.
Please Note: Normally peak season period is December
14th – January 15th , high season period is from November 1st
–April 30th and low season is from May 1st – October 31st for all
destinations except Koh Samui which its high season has covered July
16th – September 15th. There are some hotels or resorts that high
and low season might vary from the mentioned periods above.
Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supercede those
stated here.
In such case our Customer Service Agents will of course inform you
clearly and completely. Otherwise it will follow the cancellation
policy.
Any Amendment will be charged 10 % for the difference, in case
the new amount is lower.
No Show/Early Check Out
THE WHOLE PERIOD WILL BE CHARGED IN CASE OF NO SHOW OR EARLY CHECK
OUT.
Family Plan/Child Policy
A child age under 4 years old can share the accomodation for free of
charge and for this case no extra bed is provided.
For the child age 4 years old or over(less than 12 years old), we
would recommend you to book "triple" according to the general hotels
policies and so as to garantee an extra bed.
Low Price Policy
For special prepaid rates we offer wholesale rates direct to you
(with a small service charge added on).
We have partnered with major Travel Wholesalers in Thailand, who
have contracted blocks of hotel rooms at very special rates.
We are passing these savings on to you which previously only enjoyed
by travel agents and corporations.
Please Note : Due to limited supply of
hotel rooms during high season please book in advance.
Privacy Policy
ido24.com is serious and committed to safeguard the privacy and
integrity of your personal information. Our website is designed to
provide you with our service in a secure and convenient manner. We
do not and will not distribute your personal information to any
third parties.
Refund
We will re-fund credit back to your credit card within 4 weeks time
from reservation officer acknowledge date.
Also note that every re-fund case we will charge 5% out of the total
re-fund for our progress.
